Beautifully romantic Valentino navy blue silk blouse with capelet and pleated collar ruffle. Closes at centre front with buttons on a concealed placket. Sleeve ends fasten with a band cuff and shank buttons. Also features French seams and gathered shoulders and yoke. Très Chic!

Notes:
The ruffle needs to be steamed (it is pinned back in the photos to sit properly). The neck snap fastener needs some reinforcement. There is a sticky mark on the left side seam, near the hem; likely leftover from a sticker (please see last picture).
