This Karate Kid t-shirt shows the bonsai tree logo for Miyagi-Do Karate. This logo appeared on Daniel LaRusso's karate gi in the original Karate Kid movie.

Nariyoshi Miyagi was born in Okinawa, Japan, and moved to Reseda, California, where he took his love of growing Bonsai trees. Mr. Miyagi also took his knowledge of karate, which he used to mentor Daniel LaRusso, a young man who was being bullied by students from the Cobra Kai dojo. Mr. Miyagi trained Daniel to be the best around, and Daniel defeated Cobra Kai's top student in the final round of the All-Valley Karate Tournament.
